If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To request a return, please contact us.
Can I update my shipping and billing address?
Absolutely! When you log in to your account on our website, head straight to your "Address Book." Enter your new address there. FYI: Any orders that have already processed before you change your new address will go to the previous one, so please contact the customer experience team ASAP if you need to make a change.
